KILMAR ABREGO GARCIA, a deported alleged MS-13 member, is facing further abuse allegations after an audio recording emerged reportedly featuring his wife, JENNIFER VASQUEZ SURA, pleading for a temporary protective order during a 2020 court hearing. The audio, obtained by *USA Today*, details the alleged abuse she endured at the hands of ABREGO GARCIA.

SURA recounted multiple instances of abuse, including being pushed, pulled by her hair, and slapped. She disclosed that ABREGO GARCIA attacked her in the early hours of the morning, leaving her fearful for her safety. “I was trying to escape, and when I saw a neighbor walking their dog, I yelled for help. He grabbed me by my hair and slapped me,” she stated during the hearing. The neighbor reportedly witnessed the incident but was too stunned to intervene.

The filing, obtained by *Fox News Digital*, reveals that SURA attempted to secure a protective order in December 2019 but was allegedly persuaded by ABREGO GARCIA’s family to withdraw the request, citing his father’s illness. She emphasized her fear of proximity to him and provided photos and videos documenting the violence and bruises allegedly inflicted by ABREGO GARCIA.
